we chose to stay as we were visiting family. we had booked an executive room as this was the only room available. i was worried as it clearly states these rooms are in the garden or courtyard building when making my reservation. i did not need to worry these rooms are wow. so spacious and light with all the facilities needed for a four star hotel. i will definitely book and stay here again.
do not be fooled by thinking your car is safe in the car park. my car was badly damaged on the rear bumper. this was a fail to stop accident that occured whilst i was staying in the hotel.

i liked the large room size. a big bath was in bathroom. breakfast offered many choices and fresh options. the redecorated dining room has a great atmosphere.
my room was beside the annex door and early morning noise was excessive.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the bartender was very courteous, and we enjoyed chatting. the hotel's architecture is magnificent both outside and inside.
my car experienced significant damage in the car park, a frustrating start to my day.

The large room had plenty of hot water. The location was lovely in a gorgeous area.
The hotel claimed a certain standard, but issues surfaced. My suite was cold. A window in room 6 had problems. I felt a draft and rain. The staff did not seem to take the issue seriously when I reported it the next day.
